We’ll ask focused questions to get to know your business, where it’s going, and what image your clients will respond to. We’ll build a unique plan that shows clients your value to them, and creates a strong desire to buy your products & services. We’ll research the competition, look at inspiration, and partner with you to create a design direction.

You’ll see multiple phases of design work through regularly scheduled virtual meetings. We’ll keep what you like, and improve upon the rest. We’ll combine strong content with your approved designs and develop the final project that speaks directly to your target audience.

Once you've approved the design concept, I'll add any additional refinements. We'll make sure that the final design meets the needs and goals of your business as well as those of your target audience. Once the end product is ready for launch, you'll receive any complementing files or deliverables.

Next, we’ll schedule a Zoom meeting to make sure we’re a good match. If you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send you a proposal. Once a deposit and signed proposal is sent, your project will be locked into our calendar and we’ll get started on the agreed upon date.

Projects are organized into 3 stages — Strategy, Design, and Launch.

In our first design meeting, we'll discuss each of the project’s stages to let you know exactly what to expect over the coming weeks.

We use the following platforms: WordPress, WIX, and ShowIt, It all depends on the needs of your business.

WordPress may be ideal if you need a website with more pages and want more customization options.

WIX provides everything you need for a complete website — the builder, the hosting and a domain — all in one service. It's also very easy for you to learn how to update yourself.

ShowIt may be ideal if you are looking for the benefits of a WordPress blog. It provides the hosting and builder in one and is very easy for you to learn how to update yourself.

Websites typically take 4-8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the website, and how many pages are needed.

Branding packages typically take 2-4 weeks depending on all of the deliverables that are requested.

Individual logos typically take 2-3 weeks.

Project time frames will vary based on what is originally requested, client response times, and whether any additional services are added along the way.

50% of your plan price along with your signed proposal will be due up front. This reserves your project on the calendar and makes it unavailable to others.

The remaining 50% will be due at the end of your project, right before launch.

Every website project has the option to include a basic SEO setup. This includes keyword research, an SEO copy edit of your content, optimizing the website, and submitting the website to Google for indexing.

Let's talk about creating a more professional image for your brand.
